CLASSIC RESTORATION

After years of neglect, this mid-to-late 1800's Second Empire style 5k square foot building was rehabilitated from the outside in. Through the exterior restoration of the arched window headers, mansard roof, gold keystones, and corbels, the buildings original identity was modernized and preserved. The exterior preservation and color palette (black and gold) flowed inside and highlighted our design build capabilities. High ceilings, floor to ceiling window openings, lavish window and door casing, slate and marble fireplaces, and exposed brick bridged the gap between the original architecture and the modern, minimalist finishes.
